Tasks:

• Finance business partnership –provision of financial support to Business Units heads and budget holders on everyday basis
• Lead planning and control processes for 2 Business Units under responsibility, performance BU
• Deliver price/volume, marginal and profitability analysis as a decision-making tool to maximize potential profit
• Business Units heads support at internal performance reviews, annual/monthly planning and business cases approval
• Monthly S&OP finance expertise and presentation of finance performance to senior management
• Full cycle PL budgeting process including price&discount modelling, delivery/in-market, distributors’ stock, products/ company’s marginality and profitability, OPEX forecasting
• Monthly management PL reporting, including robust analysis of actual results vs various benchmarks (plan, updated forecasts, risk scenarios). PL, market share, product performance comments both for local management and HQ
• Business processes building and development
• Risk and opportunities evaluation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics
• >5 years of performance in the equivalent position
• IFRS knowledge: ACCA, CPA exams in-process/ complete is an advantage
• Experience in PL budgeting, business KPIs performance analysis (CIMA exams in-process/ complete is an advantage)
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, Think Cell).
• Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry experience as finance/business controller
• Strong communication skills, experience in finance data presentation in front of management team
• Ability to work in constantly changing environment with strict deadlines
• Capability to challenge status quo and develop innovative processes and solutions
• Fluent English (both oral and written)
