RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding the behavior and expectations of online visitors
  • Leading definition and sharing of best practice approaches for analyzing online user behavior
  • Using a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity
  • Creating data visualizations and presentations to provide actionable and compelling insights to stakeholders that are easy to understand and have demonstrable results
  • Collaborating with technical analytics analyst, web production, web development and marketing teams to implement required tracking and tagging
  • Collaborating with technical data science team members preparing data sets for reports
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of analytics events, variables, segments, etc.
  • Working across teams to design custom segments based on historical qualitative and quantitative data that can be used to enhance our reporting
  • Applying comprehensive views of online consumer behaviors through quantitative (online), and qualitative (voice of customer, usability, etc.) metrics to support stakeholders
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for ongoing and adhoc reporting
  • Creating and maintaining customized dashboards/reports in our analytics and BI systems
  • Researching anomalies and/or bugs reported by report users

Requirements

  • Passion for data, bringing actionable insights to life and activating stakeholders
  • 5-7 years reporting, data mining and analysis with enterprise web analytics platforms and tagging
  • Higher Education in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or other related fields
  • Excellent English skills (communication and writing)
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio required
  • Experience in business intelligence and data visualization software such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI (custom metrics, dimensions, ad-hoc views, charts, complex dashboards).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, lookups, etc. and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Target and Optimizely
  • Solid understanding of Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with user testing platforms and approaches
  • Stay abreast of new features/developments for additional data gathering opportunities
  • Strong quantitative analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Curious and passion for learning
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams in marketing, creative, technical, etc. in a fast-paced environment, under deadlines
