Main Responsibilities:

• Execute customer billing in SAP.
• Prepare and issue VAT Invoices to customers in accordance with Russian statutory requirements in 1C.
• Ensure completeness of supporting documentation provided by Operations to Accounting in line with Russian accounting standards such as KS-3, Acts of Acceptance, TORG-12, waybills.
• Assist with preparation of VAT Sales Book (VAT Payable) by Tax department and interact effectively with Tax team.
• Communicate effectively with the representatives from Operations

Requirements:

• Higher or professional education in the area of Finance, Audit or Accounting;
• From 1 year of Receivables experience is a must;
• Intermediate and upper level of English is a must;
• Good Excel skills;
• Experience in SAP (Finance and Accounting), 1C or other ERP systems.
