Key areas of responsibility:

Participate in market MT and drive strategy development and financially sound business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modeling and portfolio management
Ensure correct and timely statutory and fiscal reporting
Ensure strong and efficient internal control environment
Execute Business/ Market strategy
Manage the financial planning processes for the district (AOP & RoFo),
Drive financial performance (P&L resp., Mkt. share, growth & profitability)
To drive and grow business value, to set and achieve financial and strategic targets
To own and manage the strategic & operational (business/financial) planning process and performance management with the relevant organization and drive for the delivery of the committed results.
To ensure appropriate business action & response to changes in financial results, customer preferences and external factors.
To drive functional cost levels towards benchmark levels

Requirements:

Min. 10 years of experience in finance gained in a market driven organization and stock listed company. Min 3 years of experience in Finance BP role in the region/ market finance role.
Solid insight into financial systems and processes.
Skilled in financial/data analysis in excel, Power BI, QlikView and you are not afraid of digging into the numbers yourself.
Skilled in Executive Presentation to senior management.
Showed that you can leverage the available resources around you; you have delegated work to and influenced team members.
Master level education in Finance, Accounting or related field of study.
Fluent in English – written and spoken.
Experience with LEAN, PRIDE and have a mind-set of continuous improvement
Personality profile: pro-active attitude and initiator. Strong analytical skills and able to understand the underlining issues. High level of organizational sensitivity making you able to see things from the perspective of different stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver high quality results in a high-pressure environment. Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
