Bolt is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join Bolt Food team!

In this role, you will develop pricing strategy and working on pricing optimisation globally. Improve analytics tools to support pricing decision-making, helping improve current pricing processes to ensure we deliver a consistent consumer fees experience to customers while balancing financial targets. In addition, you will be analysing competitor pricing and market share development based on the outcomes of different pricing strategies.

Your daily adventures will include:

Developing dynamic pricing tools to enhance customer experience and maximise financial targets
Applying statistical modelling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on growth and profitability
Provide analysis to support decision making on pricing strategy across different markets
Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies
Tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies
Collaborating with different teams on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies
Analysing competitors pricing across various markets

We are looking for:

BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Business
2-3 years experience as a pricing analyst; ideally working in a global, fast growing tech company
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience in Python, SQL, as well as A/B testing and other experimentation techniques
Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) and data visualisation software
In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
Great market research skills and a good understanding of macroeconomic variables and trends
Fluent in English
Ready to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia
