The purpose of this position
• Development of a strategy, implementation plan and development of the loyalty program
As Loyalty Program Manager, you will:
Development of a loyalty program strategy and implementation stages
• typing / segmentation of client groups
• mechanics and algorithms of the bonus system and the matrix of privileges
• rewards for loyalty
• privileges for the purchase of a new vehicle
• process of working with partners and dealers
• apply current Volvo programs and products in the loyalty program
Setting the process of communication with clients
• channels of communication
• segmentation
• informational reasons
• client activities
• enriching customer profile
• working with the profile, sources of information, customer feedback
Development and monitoring of loyalty program communication channels
• website
• loyalty App for customers: content, personalization
Introduction of a loyalty program in Volvo dealer network
• development of privileges
• principles of operation
• commissions to dealers
Coordination of the process of interaction with partners
• privilege mechanics
• bonus system/commissions
• monitoring the work of partners involved in the loyalty program
Providing support and training to the staff responsible for the program
Analytics and reporting
• analysis of offers and loyalty programs of competitors in the market
• report and analyze data
• feedback from stakeholders to departments/partners involved in the program activities
Competencies/Experience/Skills Required:
• Education: Higher business education (marketing, social studies)
• Relevant experience at least 5 years in the field of customer service, implementation / implementation of programs and projects, experience in marketing and customer experience
• Administrative skills
• Communication skills, good communication skills and building relationships with people
• The ability to lead the work on the project
• Competences: drivers result, plans and aligns, builds trust, collaboration, self-development, effective building networks external and internal, communicate effectively, cultivate innovations, project management
• Russian - Fluent and English - Advanced
