YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Perform data extraction, analysis, findings and forecast in-line with agreed methodology in the following areas:
• Portfolio - performance, dynamics, trends, portfolio segments brands issue and opportunities
• Prepare and update NPL launch plans and calculate regional targets
• Analyse pricing issues and opportunities
• Prepare stock allocation analysis and reports
• Support Portfolio Planning Manager with quarter-to-go geo focuses & priorities identification and substantiation
• Cooperate with HQ CP KPI group in targets calculation & performance tracking
• Contribute to business board decisions follow up on portfolio focuses with proper analysis & tracking:
• Stock allocation tracking and impact assessment
• Geo NPL & established brands potential utilization
• Tests and pilots results evaluation and learning formulation
• Support short term NPL weekly product planning with respective tools and models
• Contribute to analytics and methodology development (NPL model, portfolio trends, stock allocation, etc)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• 2-3 years Planning experience
• Advanced analytical skills, big data analysis experience, root cause analysis
• Cycle planning, portfolio deployment experience
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Ability to present and visualize data in simple way
• Advanced MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) & Power BI user
• SQL / Python understanding is an advantage
• Intermediate English
