As a Lead Finance Specialist you will be responsible for:

Partnering with accounting teams, hubs, functions and TPS PC leaders and overseeing the monthly and quarterly close processes.
Ensuring the quality of account reconciliations and B/S analysis, compliance and the integrity of the accounts.
Enforcing Controllership (GAAP, GAP). Implementing process standards, internal controls and manage remediation actions for control weaknesses.
Managing relation with external/internal auditors ensuring compliance with local statutory/US GAAP requirements
Overseeing RCIS TPS JV and new set ups and standard reporting.
Taking lead on Baker Hughes ad hoc finance, simplification and integration projects and deriving high quality.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have solid experience including operational accounting
Have an International controllership/Big 4 Accounting experience as a plus
Be able to work in a matrix organization, in a fast-paced environment and to react to emerging priorities.
Demonstrate leadership approach and outstanding organizational skills
Show analytical mind with deep attention to detail and accuracy of output. Pro-activeness.
Have proficiency in SAP, HFM, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
