Marketing Business Coordinator в Kaspersky Lab

What you will be doing:

• Communication plan for Global Marketing Team and other marketing teams (regular calls, meetings, agenda creation, follow up);
• The Change Project (marketing culture community) including Change Camp program; development and run;
• Monthly marketing All-Hands Calls – full arrangement from agenda to run, aim to educate, motivate and engage global marketing colleagues;
• Monthly Global Marketing Team Newsletter editing;
• Entire Marketing coverage tasks (feedback gaining and summarising, cross department research, updating the marketing distribution lists, consulting of other departments on marketing structure – who is doing what);
• Best practices share between different marketing teams;
• Administrative tasks of VP Marketing (Financial tasks – invoicing, contracts, payments);
• Onboarding of key marketing people within marketing community;
• Marketing onboarding plan development and update.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales&Marketing field;
• Understanding of marketing (offline/online) processes;
• Business coordination in multicultural, decentralized team
• Passion for communication;
• Creative thinking, open minded, easy accepting and adapts to change;
• Basic experience in admin: understanding the contracts, finance processes;
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes;
• Strong Command of English.
