Requirements:

Proficient in structuring and working on financial models / business plans,
Knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS)
Excellent analytical skills — demonstrating evidence of being highly numerate
Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of strategy (incl. strategic marketing), corporate finance
Deep business acumen skills, ability to analyze and interpret large amount of facts and data
Practical experience in organizing and managing financial, operational and marketing analytics
Practical experience in organizing and analyzing marketing campaigns is a strong plus
Business writing skills (both in Russian and in English)
Flexible approach to working, including ability to multi-task
Team player, curios mind and energetic personality

Job description:

Preparation of financial models at strategic and operational levels, incl. marketing efficiency analysis
Perform market analysis, benchmarking among global and local peers, evaluate and monitor competitive positioning
Lead and improve strategic and marketing processes of the company
Analyse and monitor business performance, trends and key drivers
Analyse strategic position and strategic development options
