Senior Lawyer в Novartis

Your responsibilities include, but not limited:

Ensure efficient legal support to the organization in line with legal strategy defined by Head of Legal;
Ensure that CPO leaders and associates are being kept abreast of relevant legal developments by advising and coordinating provision of legal advice on product supply, business development, regulatory, corporate governance, purchasing matters and the like;
Support Head of Legal on managing external law firms as per assignment of Head of Legal;
Helping Head of Legal to execute legal strategy and development as well as contribution into Novartis Group legal collaboration and projects;
Manage day-to-day legal operations in close cooperation with Business Lines.

You would be a good match for this role, if you have:

Extensive experience in legal practice (minimum 4 years of legal experience at international company, preferably as in-house legal counsel)
Proven ability to proactively provide insightful and timely legal support to all stakeholders across organization
Proven experience in process management
Proven records from previous employments on building up and enforcing legal processes and procedures across organization
Experience in legal practice related to the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Fluent Russian and English
