E-commerce operations manager в PUMA

Your Mission

  • Elaborating and managing operations of ecommerce project and developing omnichannel model
  • Managing vendors for 3PL, customer service, payment processing, fraud prevention, telecom services and others as required by the business model
  • Optimization, improvement and automation of business processes in order to increase operating efficiency and enable increased focus on strategic, value-adding activities
  • Managing costs of e-commerce project: planning and budgeting, negotiations, control and optimization
  • Creating and maintaining appropriate Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of ecommerce operations
  • Setting up collaboration, defining process flow and KPIs
  • Maintaining appropriate customer service quality levels
  • Working in close collaboration with company's buying, planning, content, marketing and finance teams to achieve the group’s overall ecommerce business and financial goals.

Your Talent

  • Education, university degree (Preferably from HSE, MEPHI, BMSTU, MIPT (mathematics/physics))
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to make data driven decisions and push them to life
  • Strong customer focus orientation
  • Preferably >1 year E-com experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • English – Upper-intermediate level
  • Fluent Russian language skills both verbal and written
  • Project management and communication skills
  • Task focusing, responsibility, accuracy and attention to details, initiative, flexible, eager to learn
