Product Analyst в Align Technology

In this role, you will

• Communicate with product owners, product designers, subject field experts and software developers to get description of problems
• Work with tooling and core business intelligence team to improve data frameworks needed for the data research
• Provide structured reports about research results, status and next steps

In this role, you’ll need

• 3+ year experience as Product/Data analyst or any research related position
• Understanding of root cause analysis methods
• Ability to transform business problem to formal problem statement
• Understanding of classifications methods and key metrics (false positive, true positive)
• Good knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel and desire to learn new applications
• Analytical thinking
• Desire to become a subject matter expert

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the technical field
