Goal for position:

Develop and implement a system of management & coordination of the company’s strategic projects.

Responsibility:

Development of the system of effective management and coordination of strategic projects portfolio
Development and improvement of the project management business processes
Coordination of the execution of the company’s strategic projects: monitoring of the projects KPIs, estimation of the project resources, identification, assessment and managing the projects risks
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration for the projects’ execution
Development of the project reporting forms, preparation of the presentations for the top-management
Analytical support in execution of operational efficiency projects
Support in the development of the company’s strategic plans

Requirements:

- Higher education in management, economics or finance. MBA is an advantage. PMP certificate or similar is an advantage;

- 3-5 years of experience in one of the following domains:

Complex cross-functional projects management at an international company or at a large Russian company
Management consulting
Internal consulting at an international company or at a large Russian company
Pharma industry experience is an advantage;

Excellent time management, prioritization & organizational skills
Passion for problem solving & inquisitive mind
Advanced presentation skills, ability to present information at the executive level
Good communication skills
Advanced power point skills
Advanced excel
MS Project
Planisware system knowledge is an advantage
Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
