Analytical Consultant Manager в Google

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience leading an analytical team, including coaching, mentoring and team development and delivering on business goals
People Management experience in a technology, advertising, consulting and/or internet environment
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically

Preferred qualifications:

Experienced in leading a team and delivering results in a matrix organisation requiring strong collaboration and effectively balancing trade-offs to drive decisions
Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, YouTube
Ability to model and coach analytical behaviors including stakeholder management, effective questioning, objection handling, focusing on the highest impact projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to take on complex, ambiguous topics, build strategy and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

Develop the vision for AC team, translate into a strategy, and manage the execution across to fully unlock the potential of your team
Recruit, retain, develop, and coach a high performing analytical team
Work towards strategic business goals associated with objectives of the Sales team
Build a strong partnership with internal leaders across various departments at Google Russia
Collaborate across EEM, EMEA, and global teams to both learn and share best practices, and drive broader success
