MISSION

The Project Manager of cross-functional projects (Accounting & Finance, Logistics, IT and commercial department) will be responsible to change, improve and optimize the Company’s internal processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main purpose of the function:

• Analyze the current business processes in terms of their possible optimization
• Analyze the new business processes
• Form project group and key project participants, project tasks
• Lead the project, respect the deadlines, take the risks, budget control
• Make regular reports and follow-ups (ppt format and mailings)
• In case of necessity involve sponsors and managers
• Support the full launch

Job requirements:

• High technical education
• Fluent English is a must, Native Russian
• Confirmed experience as PM lead
• Understanding of Finance, Logistics and IT processes in a western company
• Ability to work with processes regulated by policies and procedures
• Multitasking, conduct several different projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills

Fixed-term contract for 10 months
