Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in business development, sales, and client-relationship management.
• Ability to speak English and Russian fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in online-platforms or for clients with an online performance focus.
• Experience in running digital marketing activities and business expansion.
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and persuasion skills, combined with good business judgment and experience presenting solutions to senior-level audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Google’s Russian domestic business.
• Define the retail pod portfolio strategy by analyzing data, trends, client’s performance, business models and identifying opportunities that allow Google to capture new budgets while driving a step change in the effectiveness of client businesses.
• Lead project team of account managers, strategists, and analytical consultants.
• Create transformational goals for each customer translating business plans into quarterly tactics and execution in collaboration with account managers, strategists, and analytical staff.
• Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and consultative presentations, and establish and nurture C-level relationships with advertisers, their agencies, and ecosystem.
