WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Strong leadership capabilities and successful track record in managing business change
• Strong emotional and social intelligence and an excellent collaborator on all levels in the organization
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice
• Good knowledge of change management methods and tools
• Ability to manage a high degree of uncertainty in a complex context
• Excellent coordinator able to handle many interfaces and tasks
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge in reengineering of business processes in Finance, IT, HR, Sales, Analytics
• Good knowledge of ARIS, VISIO, MS Excel, MS Project
• Good knowledge of financial models / business cases
• Motivated to work agile and being open to the change
• Actively curious how the world is changing and how IKEA can transform to be fit for the future.
• Takes action without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team player

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Implement and execute the project applying relevant project methodology.
• Describe processes in functions under responsibility and define optimization potential
• Build business cases for functions under responsibility
• Define and sequence activities in the project, estimating duration, developing the schedule, controlling progress.
• Manage communication flow to stakeholders by planning and distributing relevant information at appropriate times and forums.
• Actively contribute to identification, mitigation, and control of risks.
• Manage change by engaging stakeholders and identifying learning and communication activities.
• Responsible for executing process coordination and migration at the lowest cost, including aligning on process best practice with counterparts in other countries.
• Networks with stakeholders across the country organization to proactively identify opportunities and ideas for standardization, process improvement and digitalization.
• Secure that the project is reviewed and evaluated, with learnings documented.
