Brand Activation Manager в Essity

Main Tasks:

• Develop, implement and own local media plan, based on Business Unit strategy
• Adapt centrally developed media campaigns and manage media booking plan for local advertising
• Execute local communication of BU centrally developed materials and ensure its consistent activation following the Tork brand guidelines
• Support internal brand communication in RMEIA region
• Conduct brand training to internal sales organization and activate brand initiatives
• Secure implementation, tracking and reporting of local digital marketing activities
• Implement and monitor local SEM/SEO Business Unit strategy
• Drive local Tork PR and foster B2B media relationship
• Ensures consolidation of regional and local brand and communication related insights across all stakeholders for input to Business Unit

Key Competencies:

• University Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in a marketing/brand or communication role
• Strong understanding of the full scope of digital marketing
• Relevant (ideally B2B) business understanding
• Experience in working and coordinating PR and Marketing agencies
• Experienced in effectively managing marketing budgets
• Excellent Russian knowledge and fluent English as a second language
• Holistic and strategic thinker
