What You Will Do
Adopt and translate market and customer insights
- Establish strong network to gather deep customer insights and trends by channel to create a consolidated global view of channel dynamics.
Develop and implement channel strategies and value propositions for appointed channels
- Develop and maintain global channel strategies based on external trends and competitive intelligence as well as internal input
- Be the channel ambassador within our business unit and establish close cooperation with the markets and support them in using and implementing the channel strategies
- Develop and implement channel value propositions for appointed channels
- Define requirements for other functions to deliver a more competitive value propositions
Run strategic and exploratory projects for future growth
- Drive strategic business development projects with exploratory or growths focus.
- Prioritize the proposed projects within Business and Market Development function
Who You Are
- University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice
- Proven track record of operational sales and marketing experience in Medical industry
- Profound management experience, preferably in the global/international role
- Deep knowledge and business understanding of the Medical Market
- Robust project management skills
- Good financial and business understanding
- Profound understanding of the strategic importance of continuous business development, to explore and exploit
As part of the Market and Business Development team, working in an international environment, it's also required that successful candidates are able to:

- To influence and mobilize global and local teams in order to push topics forward
- Take a broad stakeholder perspective and value diversity
