Category Manager в Sandoz
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support development and management of company-wide and category specific strategic marketing projects
- Work close with Portfolio team to determine the appropriate portfolio mix/focus based on consumer, medical insights , market fit
- Drive communication strategy (platform) and tools development to maximize category sales potential.
- Develop 5 P strategic imperatives for each brands in the category
- Monitor market to understand competitors, patients , customer needs to identify new business opportunities , forecast possible impacts on sales, propose strategy , investigate threats and lead mitigation strategy
- Team management
Minimum requirements
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Higher Degree in marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG / pharma brand marketing with huge media brands within multinational environment on position of Marketing Manager, Group Product Manager;
- Experience of people management;
- Experience of 360 degrees communication strategy development and implementation;
- Russian fluent, English fluent
