Digital Marketing Manager в AVON

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive sales on my.avon.ru & support promotion campaign for Representatives
Analyzing trading performance and recommending activities to support the account in driving traffic and eCommerce site conversion to maximize sales
Follow digital & commercial strategy & communication guidelines;
Product catalog management in terms of seo friendly description, images, prices;
Online merchandising : main page, banners, promo activities, landing pages preparation, etc
Cross-sell and up-sell of products;
Coordination and support of promotion(offers, landings) and performance marketing activities
Analytics and growth hacking
Supporting platform update process (releases)

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in e-commerce from 1 year;
Good level of English;
Knowledge of e-commerce principles and platforms;
Knowledge of Google Analytics;
Ability to collect and understand digital analytical information;
Data driven and results oriented approach;
Ability to balance numerous projects and work to tight deadlines;
Creative thinking, communication, problem solving, organizational, time and project management skills;
Ability to work in accordance with brand guidelines.
