Use your knowledge of our data delivering and reporting systems to develop reports and metrics that will present actionable insights to teams across the business.
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of how to best structure the analysis
Translate business and product needs into precise analytical requirements.
Ensure consistently strong quality of service and help to automate low added value tasks and free up some time for higher added value ones.
Actively contribute to elevating the knowledge level within the team by pro-actively sharing technical / analytical knowledge and spreading best practices
Develop a strong network across other Operations teams and Analytics teams
Act as a business partner to strategic leadership teams, to help drive client strategy and direction
Help the Account managers and new business teams to be considered as experts through industry relevant insights, and improve our ability to feed analyses with insightful external data points (think outside the box).
Raise awareness of Analytics within your market, internally and externally: participation to all hands, business insights, PR / Marketing analysis, internal trainings.

Degree in Computer Science or technology related degree (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of relevant data analysis
Russian and English both spoken and written.
Knowledge in programming language: either R, or Python or VBA, etc. and statistical analysis tools is a plus
Excellent analytical skills, strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems with minimal supervision.
You are versatile, curious dynamic and with a “can do” attitude.
You have a real interest in online Advertising market and the impact of a high-performance technology in this market.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which often requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong organizational skills to work with remote managers and teams, as well as internal/external stake holders
Must be eligible to work in Russia full-time with no restriction.
