Brand Management (40% of time)

  • Develop and execute local brand marketing plans, for Marketing Manager approval in accordance with Global strategies
  • Work collaboratively with Specialists (Media, Communications, Digital, Trade) – to brief on the consumer Go To Market strategy and ensuring their implementation
  • Partnering with Specialists to deliver Globally aligned communication plans, leveraging Global Assets
  • Partner with Specialists to deliver Go To Market execution tools – based on communications brief, review recommendations and monitor execution including advertising development, editing, digital activity and PR
  • Development and execution of National campaigns
  • Adaption of advertising material (eg TV commercial)
  • Management of owned platforms / .com / social
  • Presentation of brand strategy / marketing plans to key stakeholders at relevant events
  • SOX and Code of Conduct compliance for all Marketing activities

Product Management (50% of time)

  • Product range selection, planning and support of channel strategy
  • Analyze sales data based on Business Intelligence profile input and NPD data, monitoring item and brand performance to ensure its tracking to the financial targets. Creating proposals to maximize high-performing or rectify slow-moving items/brands
  • Provide input into Sales Analysis Review (Forecast Meeting) with volumes and phasing specifications
  • Work closely with Planning to manage forecasting / inventory. Support close out /excess decisions
  • Monitor ongoing media plan vs stock availability and performance
  • Provide input into local pricing
  • Day-to-day communication with Global Brand, Regional Marketing, Planning, Sales Teams on product portfolio
  • Budget Management (10% of time)
  • Brand budget control, with Marketing Manager supervision
  • Create PRs / POs in SAP system
  • Make recommendations and understand the full spend behind brand activity and ensure it complies with targets

Skills Required

  • University degree in economics/marketing
  • Experience in marketing within brand management at least 1,5 -2 years
  • Experience of writing and delivering effective presentations, both in Russian and English
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to persuade and influence at “all levels”
  • Ability to probe and challenge
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience of creating and delivering effective presentations
  • Ability to see ‘bigger picture’
  • Budget management basis
  • MS Office and Project Management skills
  • Fluent in Russian and English (Upper Intermediate and above)
