Sales & Business Development Manager в Henkel

YOUR ROLE

  • Maintain smooth operations of our existing business
  • Manage new-project sales for CLT (cross laminated timber) and glulam production lines
  • Assure that KPI´s as volume growth, turnover and profitability are achieved
  • Proactively perform business development in terms of hunting for new customers & applications and by implementing new products & services to the market
  • Supervise and manage line ramp ups at new customers
  • Give trainings to existing and new customers
  • Increase market knowledge and support to build up a detailed Go-To-Market basis
  • Interact with local certification bodies e.g. GOST
  • Attend local trade fairs and conferences to officially represent Henkel Engineered Wood in Russia

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or university degree – preferably in engineering or other technical degree
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally related to wood industry, construction or machinery supply (OEM)
  • Fluent Russian and English, any other language is a plus
  • Ideally strong network in the wood industry
  • MS Office, Skype and CRM tool skills (e.g. SAP Sales Cloud)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Open-minded, inspiring and self-motivated team-player
  • Driving license B
  • High willingness to travel (~50-80% of work time)
