Digital Product Owner в Avon

Responsibilities:

•Prioritization of incoming change requests from the business based on research, professional expertise and data analysis

•Release management: collaboration with global and local teams, testing, users support, participation in operational calls, consultancy with SME’s

•Initiation of changes to improve KPIs and user experience

•Product analytics based on web metrics and business KPIs, offline & online researches to make data-driven decisions

•Content management required to support campaign calendar activities

•Being digital SME in preparation on field communication and trainings

Requirements:

•More than 1 year experience as a platform user preferably in a multi-channel E-commerce environment

•Knowledge of the E-commerce / Digital platforms principles

•Advanced knowledge of beauty industry

•Web-analytics knowledge including mobile, content managements skills.

•Knowledge of Python & SQL for analytics will be a big plus

•Strong communication skills

•English - Advanced
