Key responsibilities:
- Ensure client and correspondent accounts opening / closure / update in accordance with local regulation requirements and the Employer’s internal procedures
- Communicate with correspondent banks on correspondent accounts opening and maintenance, document collection, payments execution, including via SWIFT Confirm/affirm transactions with counterparties
- Ensure timely investigations on Nostro outstandings are being performed and correspondence on other issues related to the Account Maintenance and Remote Banking Support Group
- JPMAccess client and user set up and maintenance in a timely manner.
- Setup users’ profiles in JPMAccess Virtual Branch
- Ensure reactive Client Service, including receipt and resolution of customers’ telephone queries in respect of transactional issues on Bank side
- Ensure the reconciliation of the balances and turnovers on clients accounts held by the Employer between local and corporate books (records)
- Ensure the reconciliation of the Nostro accounts held by the Employer in all currencies between internal and external records
- Prepare documents and submit responds on Tax, CIK and other official bodies requests, and submit other data within employee’s competencies in accordance with requests of respective official bodies business specifications and ensure timely and accurate testing on new enhancements
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of information and reporting assigned to the Group to management and different Employer’s departments and regulatory bodies
- Monitor regulatory bodies’ requirements; ensure timely informing of business, other departments on amendments.
Requirements:
- Experience in Banks
- Higher education to degree level (or equivalent)
- Fluent English is a must
- Ability to work well with others
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Self motivated and pro-active
- Strong team building skills
