Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial processes for actual, forecast, and budget reporting in two countries
• Review of monthly financial plans, budgets, and financial reports including corrections of any identified errors, understanding, and verification of the differences in two countries
• Day-to-day review and approval of payments and legal contracts
• Prepare monthly BS, P&L, and Cashflow in compliance with Group guidelines and deadlines for two countries
• Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis (actual vs budget/ forecasting)
• Analyze the deviations, investigate the reasons for the latter, providing comments to CFO
• Prepare and present to CFO monthly financial results and performance analysis
• Lead and manage accounting departments in two countries and ensure accurate completion of local accounting and tax statutory filings
• Control of correctness of accounting entries ensuring full compliance with the Group policies in two countries
• Participation in the implementation of monthly closing process in countries (fast close)
• Review of IFRS packages completed by the countries and conduct the automation of IFRS reporting

We expect that you will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A
• Practical experience and deep knowledge of IFRS
• Practical experience in the implementation of a new financial system is an advantage
• Experience in Big4 is a plus
• Advanced excel and data analytics skills
• ACCA/CIMA/Dipifr certificates is a plus
• Fluent English
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness to details, and good organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes
• Willingness and ability to work in a multinational environment
