Main Responsibilities

Create and deliver roadmap for IT solutions for Marketing and Customer Relationship area
Provide structured vision of end-to-end processes
Ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives and projects
Partner with multiple stakeholders across teams to create productive working relationship

Ability of analysis of complex business requirements to convert into solid and scalable technical solutions.

Obligatory:

Proven business partnership and project management experience, understanding of IT principals is essential for this role.
Experience of working within worldwide international companies in IT Business Solutions, Relationship Management or Consultative capacity.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar field of study) and a minimum of 3 years experience in IT
Experience in documenting business requirements from stakeholders, facilitated sessions/meetings and/or personal interviews
Experience in CRM areas is an advantage.
