About the role

Planning and implementation of the development of the Company's information system (inventory of telecommunications equipment), located in the area of ¿¿responsibility of the division
Formation of a comprehensive technical specification for the completion of information systems together with internal customers
Support and development of Power BI-powered business unit reports
Formation of reports of the Directorate

Experience in forming business requirements (internal customers), decomposition, problem solving, documenting
Understanding of the principles of IT systems, experience in the formation of technical specifications for development
Ability to clearly formulate the business tasks solved by the development
Understanding and practical skills of writing SQL queries (SELECT level is enough)
Experience in programming in any language (Python, Java, Perl, etc.)
Knowledge of the theory and principles of building communication networks
Project management skills
English Intermediate (correspondence and negotiations are possible)
Presentation and Reporting Skills (PowerPoint and Power BI)

Experience in the role of Product Manager for infrastructure software that does not have clear metrics for money, users, sales
Knowledge of Inventory / Monitoring systems
Knowledge of the theory and principles of building communication networks
Acquaintance with network telecommunication equipment. Understanding the types of equipment, its composition and areas of application
Knowledge of equipment polling protocols, MIB
Experience in configuring network equipment Excel at the advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, boolean functions, etc.)
Experience with OS Group products
Understanding the general principles of building SDN / NFV / Orchestrator / API
