Internal controls specialist / Payroll analyst в Richemont

Main responsibilities:

Part 1. Internal controls specialist:

Internal Controls Systems (ICS) project development including development / improvement of appropriate internal policies and control procedures
Prepare required ICS documentation including Flowcharts, Segregation of duties matrix, Control sheets, etc.
Take the leadership over ICS compliance project by organizing regular testing procedures, reviewing and updating internal control procedures, updating ICS documentation, adjusting action plans and monitoring the status of control weaknesses
Prepare to and participate in external / internal ICS audits
Prepare internal control reports: margin analysis, discount analysis, prices changes analysis, etc. monthly
Perform credit control: periodical review of credit limits, update of credit procedure, ongoing monitoring of Trade Receivables balances
Review and control customers’ prepayments
Participate in designing control procedures in the new POS system
Responsibility for legal entities in Russia and Ukraine

Part 2. Payroll analyst:

Payroll analyst role – prepare payroll analysis and simulations for budgets and forecasts
Assist payroll accountant in payroll calculation for forecasts and budgets, check the result, explain variances, prepare bridge analysis for Brands and HQ

Profile and Qualifications:

University Graduate - Finance, Accounting, Auditing
Finance/IFRS Accounting Qualification will be a plus (Recognized or ongoing process)
Audit experience with an international/multinational company, experience at “Big 4” is a plus
Basic knowledge of International Accounting Standards, accounting rules
Practical experience in external/internal audits, internal controls systems analysis, business processes implementation / documentation
Experience in internal procedures / policies formalization
Practical experience in SOX framework will be a plus
Good understanding of business processes & IT systems (eg. financial accounting system, stock control systems, invoicing systems, etc)
Experience with 1C will be a plus
Good written and spoken English, native Russian
