SAP Analyst в Baker Hughes

As a SAP Analyst, you will be responsible for :

• Raising and tracking customers invoices along with follow up to ensure payments are met by due dates.
• Creating monthly reports
• Ensuring timely closure of activities related to SAP with end to end responsibility
• Ensuring that dates are updated in the SAP
• Tracking of engineers timesheets to ensure correct billing
• Tracking of backlog, orders and other financial data
• Supporting manager’s with agenda and work orders creation in Service max
• Executing steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED)
• Be a good communicator in English & Russian
• Have experience with SAP
• Have job experience related with SAP
• Be proficient in MS Office and SAP
