Job Description

As a Delivery business analyst, your key goal will be to track, improve and optimize the performance of Delivery products and processes, in order to drive our business forward, both on the supply and demand sides.

You will be responsible for deep-dive analytics of our marketplace, highlighting problems and points of growth in supply & demand life cycle, planning and evaluation of the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and promotions, design, testing and implementation of hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of supplier incentives, interaction with Product team and prioritization of tasks within Delivery Domain

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
Improve data quality and ingestion; identify the root cause of data issues and provide resolution ensuring accuracy and trust in everything we build
See beyond number and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decision
Conduct customer analysis; churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, customer value and more
Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process
Work as part of a company-wide department that supports the different domains, such as marketing, sales, finance and management

Requirements

3+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions in high growth, technology company or business intelligence background
Exceptional analytical skills and strong business acumen
Proficiency in data analysis: Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python is an advantage (able to review the code)
Experience with spatial/geographic analysis - a plus
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy)
Clear communicator: You are a clear and concise verbal, written, and visual communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways and disseminate actionable insights
Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a pragmatic approach to getting things done
English B2+
Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and independent
Managerial experience of a small team (2 people) is a plus (also an advantage ) :)
Prior experience in a tech start-up or marketplace company - a big plus
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar field.
