Brand Executive

BAT RUSSIA is looking for a Brand Executive in Moscow

Function / Sub Function: Marketing and Sales

Reports to: Brand Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Analyse, monitor available market information and information from external sources.
Take full responsibility for one or more elements of the marketing process or components of the effective marketing approach cycle, NPD (New product development)
Assist in the preparation of the annual brand plan, providing timely and clear information to the Brand Manager, while making suggestions and develop strategies and plans for its area of responsibility (any element of the marketing process, the brand support program).
Work closely with trade marketing and distribution departments, trade marketing development department, ensuring timely and quality implementation of brand support programs.
To assist in the management of the communication by brand through regular contact with external agencies, service providers and other departments within the BAT Russia (manufacturing, primary and secondary supply chain, Department of corporate relations / legal department, development of trade marketing Department, working with key retail customers).

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

Do you have FMCG experience and New Product Development (NPD)?
Is your English at least Upper Intermediate and higher?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Higher education
2-3 years of work in an international FMCG company/ or marketing agency with a strong focus on 360 degree marketing and trade, marketing instruments, tools, knowledge and practical experience in all elements of the marketing process.
NPD experience
Fluent English
Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge and skills of market research
Good communication and presentation skills
Interpersonal / leadership skills

Insights Executive

BAT RUSSIA is looking for an INSIGHTS EXECUTIVE in Moscow.

Seniority level: Experienced professional

Function / Sub Function: Marketing and Sales/ SP& I

Reports to: Research and Insights Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

As a part of Research and Insights team you will:

1. Coordinate market researches on all stages: from initial brief to a final presentation of results.
2. Manage research agencies, to ensure quality and timings of the projects.
3. Prepare analytical reports, where your ability to distil raw data into actionable insights will be critical.
4 Be a partner to internal clients (brand groups, product teams, trade) helping them to shape their research agenda, advise on methodologies and generate insights.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

Do you have experience in marketing research projects?
Is your English at least upper intermediate?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Higher education (preferably marketing / sociology / economics).
2+ years of market research experience either in agency or multinational FMCG company.
Experience with various research methodologies (brand tracking, product tests, trade & shoppers, comms evaluation, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Good communication and presentation skills.
English - at least upper Intermediate and higher.
Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
