HR specialist for a startup consulting agency
BulletPoint — international consulting agency which helps startups to create pitch decks / financial models and raise investments.
We are looking for an HR specialist to help us with the recruiting process, general HR management, and corporate culture. This position would suit a person looking to fully engage in building and developing the HR processes within a fast growing company.
Some background on what we do:
— We are working mostly with startups (both regular startups and ICO/STO projects).
— We offer them the creation of pitch decks (content+design), financial models, white papers, business plans, and Investor Relations (fundraising services).

What will you do:
— Conduct full-cycle recruitment (job posting, searching, headhunting and selecting specialists in Russia and abroad, HR interviewing and coordination of further steps, facilitation and negotiation in hiring decisions)
— Recruit Sales Managers, Assistants, Project Managers, Analysts
— Help staff adapt at entry stages: introduction to the company’s business processes, administrative details (payments, programs used, etc.), communication policy, Q&A
— Conduct performance management (reviewing employees effectiveness, collecting and analysing feedback from analysts at the end of projects, making suggestions on improving employees engagement)
— Consult and help PMs with managing human resources allocation for projects in the pipeline
— Develop a corporate culture: HR events, community building, etc.
Requirements:
— Strong interest in developing and optimising HR processes
— Strong interpersonal, communication and communication skills
— Intermediate level of English or above
— Minimum a year of previous experience in HR, preferably in startups or IT and consulting firms
