Installing VODKA+SELEDKA

Hello, my vodka friend.
Here I’ll show you how to install my IPARMOR-based solution on a Raspberry Pi.

Before installation, make sure you have:

  • Raspberry Pi 4 of any configuration (Raspberry Pi 5 is not yet supported, but check with support)
  • Case with active cooling (required!)
  • Adequate USB Type-C cable and power supply (preferably the original Raspberry Pi one)
  • SD card from 32 GB with the highest possible speed class (ideally — special cards for recording 4K/8K video for drones)
  • Card reader to write the image to the card

Installing the Image
Get the latest installation image from me or tech support. The image comes in an archive, but you DO NOT need to UNPACK it — just drop it into the flashing program.
To write it to the SD card, use one of the following programs:

Balena Etcher (the simplest and recommended option)

Raspberry Pi Imager (when flashing, select Custom OS)

⚠️ Important: No need to format or prepare the SD card — just flash the image directly.

Once flashing is complete, insert the SD card into your Raspberry Pi.

First Connection

  1. Connect the internet to the Raspberry Pi (LAN cable from your home router — the easiest option). You can also use: Internet sharing from Android via cable, LTE modem,
External Wi-Fi module ⚠️ Make sure to confirm these options with support — some require additional configuration!
  2. Connect the Raspberry Pi to power.
  3. A Wi-Fi network named IPARMOR will appear.
  4. Connect to it from your computer using the password: raspberry.

Now you need to run a few commands in the terminal:

How to open the terminal:
Windows:
Press Win + R → type cmdEnter
Mac:
Open Finder → Applications → Terminal
Linux:
Press Ctrl + Alt + T

Enter the following command:

ssh pi@192.168.44.1

Password: raspberry

Enter the command:

sudo /bin/vodka update

Wait for it to finish and restart the Raspberry Pi.

Launching the Web Panel and Sending the Raspberry KEY
Turn the Raspberry Pi back on and connect to the IPARMOR network.

Open your browser again and go to:

http://192.168.44.1:3000

Then refresh the page while holding the SHIFT key
(Command (⌘) + Shift + R if you’re on a Mac)

If you did everything correctly, you will see the latest version of the web panel, where you’ll find the RASPBERRY KEY field in a format like this:

b3b0c43298fc1c134afbf4c8996fb92427ae41e4649b934ca495991b7852b855

Copy it and send it to me as text on Telegram (@vodka_support). Also attach a screenshot of the "SYSTEM" tab.

🎉 Congratulations! Everything is installed.

Quick FAQ:

  • Be sure to ask to be added to the support chat and other communities (if you didn’t get the Pi on an installment plan — otherwise, access to closed communities is only after full payment).
  • Subscribe to the official channel 404.VODKA.
  • The web panel has a help section — the "?" icon in the top right corner of each tab. Reading the help is mandatory — it will answer many questions at the start.
  • The TG groups IPARMOR and 404.VODKA have manuals, videos, and useful information.
  • For all questions, write on Telegram: @vodka_support.

If you need to reflash the image, you can always do so. If you don’t change the physical device, the license will be restored automatically.
