Tennis Elbow occurs in tennis players. Abrupt pronation (Arm and forearm faces down) with fully extended elbow may lead to pain and tenderness over the lateral epicondyle.

Mostly extensor muscle group involve in Tennis elbow and specifically extensor carpi radialis brevis muscle involved and this is possibly due to sprain of radial collateral ligament. Causes:

1. Problem occurs due to repetitive stress which causes interstials, tearing inflammation and swelling.

  • Self-controlled resistive exercise by using good arm to resist the movement of wrist extension, radial deviation, fingers flexion and forearm supination should be initiated.
