Circuit boards for professionals and hobby electricians
Whether you are a professional or a passionate hobbyist, those who deal with electronic circuits can hardly do without printed circuit boards. They serve as carriers for electrical components and for making electrical connections in electronic devices. Below you can find out what types of printed circuit boards there are and what accessories are needed for assembling printed circuit boards and for making your own printed circuit boards.
What are printed circuit boards?
Circuit boards are indispensable components in almost every electronic device. They form, as it were, the basis for the mounting of electrical components. The mounting can be done by simple plug-in mounting, provided it is a breadboard (also known as a breadboard), or by soldering, for example when using SMD or breadboard boards. In our range we offer you printed circuit boards assembly in various designs that are ready for use or can be equipped immediately. In addition, you will find here everything you need to mount printed circuit boards, for example soldering accessories, tools and of course the necessary components as well as the necessary accessories to make your own printed circuit boards.
Types of printed circuit boards
In principle, printed circuit boards can be differentiated according to the type of component assembly. They can be broadly divided into breadboards and boards that are soldered. Breadboards are particularly suitable for experimental purposes because the components can be easily connected to them and can be removed or moved just as easily if desired.
PCBs for soldering can be implemented as an SMD variant (surface-mounted device) for fixing the components to the surface of the PCB. These models are very popular with professionals and hobbyists because the soldering process is simple and the construction allows PCB mounting on both sides. That saves space. Speaking of saving space: so-called multi-layer printed circuit boards consist of several thin printed circuit boards and make it possible to accommodate many components and complex circuits in the smallest space. Soldering is also necessary for breadboard boards where the solder eyes are arranged in a certain pattern or grid.
Another category of printed circuit boards that should be mentioned is Europlatins, also known as Eurocards. They are characterized by standardized dimensions and are used in many areas, for example in personal computers.
In our range you will find a large selection of printed circuit boards for almost all purposes. Experimental and Euro epoxy resin or hard paper printed circuit boards, some of which are available with an integrated circuit (IC), are well suited for circuits with few components. Hole grid boards often already have some, sometimes all of the necessary connections. Breadboards are the ideal choice for experiments and test boards as they do not require time-consuming soldering. Conventional printed circuit boards consist of a sheet of insulating material surrounded on one or both sides by a conductive copper layer, depending on whether it is a single-sided printed circuit board or a double-sided printed circuit board. Photo lacquer sheets are available with positive or without photo coating made of hardboard paper or glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin.
Accessories for manufacturing and mounting printed circuit boards
If you don't want to fall back on prefabricated printed circuit boards, but plan to manufacture your own printed circuit boards, perhaps because you need specific layouts or just want to experiment, we have all the materials, devices and other printed circuit board accessories you need on offer. Below is an overview of the available sources.

- Film or template
A film or transparent template defines the conductor tracks on the board. With positively coated plates, the black conductor tracks of the template on the developed plate also become black. In our online shop you will find printed circuit boards with different grid sizes and professional PCB software with which you can create your own templates. Polyester films and self-adhesive films are also available. - PCB spacers
In our range you will find spacers made of different materials, such as nylon, polyamide, plastic or TPE (an odorless special rubber mixture). The products also differ in their spacing and are sometimes used self-adhesive or threaded for the placement of solder strips. - Soldering constructions
The soldering iron not only serves as a mechanical support leg for the soldered components, but also establishes the solder connection. In our shop you have the choice between one-row and two-row solder bars with different numbers of pins. - Exposure
Ultraviolet light is required to expose the template on the photolayer of the printed circuit board. We have suitable lighting equipment for this. - Etching systems, soldering systems
We offer etching and soldering systems for every need, including accessories such as air distribution frames, diaphragm pumps or heating rods. Practical soundproof racks and milling systems are also available. - Spacer
bolts Spacer bolts act as an insulating support between the plate and the part. The spacer bolts are available as a set and separately. You can also choose from different sizes, from galvanized or glass fiber reinforced models and from different materials such as steel or polyester. - Etching technology accessories
In order to free the printed circuit board from copper residues, it must be etched. Our product range for everything related to etching technology includes a large number of products, from practical drill sets and work trays to adhesives and sealants. - Accessories for electroplating
There are also all kinds of accessories for electroplating, copper plating of the PCB. These include various solutions for coating the printed circuit board, such as silver electrolyte, zinc electrolyte or gold electrolyte, as well as thinners and tools, e.g. user-friendly hand-held plating machines. - Board Mount Frames and Holders
PCB holders provide more convenience in manufacturing your own PCBs. Compared to static supports, rotatable supports allow even more flexible use. Board holders with table clamps or stand provide extra stability when manipulating the board. - Board base material
Your printed circuit board is being manufactured? The base material literally serves as the basis of the plate and as an electrically insulating substrate for the copper layer. The usual layer thickness is 35 µm, but there are also thicker and thinner variants. In the past, hard paper was mainly used as a base material for printed circuit boards, nowadays glass fiber mats with epoxy resin are used in many cases. The latter has better insulation strength and less water absorption compared to hard paper. In our online shop you have the choice between base material with positive and without photo coating and between one or two-sided coating.
