Pavlodar's Park erected on bones

It is better not to go to the park of culture and rest in the Kazakhstan city of Pavlodar (popularly called the Gorsad) at night. Local residents claim that there are ghosts: a park with children's attractions was laid out in the 30s of the last century on top of an old cemetery. And now the spirits of those who lie in the graves are not able to find peace and frighten living people ...

The cemetery appeared here at the beginning of the XIX century and was closed in 1935. The city garden occurred at this place in 1938. According to the stories of old-timers, when they built the park, they removed bones and skulls from the earth ... The old graves mercilessly destroyed, leaving only one - a mass grave in which 27 Bolsheviks were shot dead for trying to establish Soviet power ... There were rumors that the park’s builders would soon die for various reasons, and the equipment used for work ceased to function ...

Since the beginning of the 40s of the last century, rumors have been circulating about the ghost of a girl in a long white dress, which supposedly flies to city park among the trees at night. It appears, as a rule, in the spring. Frightening the late visitors of the park, the phantom hovers above the ground and after a few seconds disappears from view, leaving behind a cloud of cold ...

At the beginning of this year, the authorities of Pavlodar announced that they intend to radically reconstruct the city park. It is planned to increase the number of attractions, replace the 25-meter ferris wheel with a 38-meter one, put a music fountain and build an amphitheater with 315 seats. I wonder how ghosts will react to this?
