On the meeting of the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia M.L. Bogdanov with the Ambassador of Algeria in Moscow S. Benamara

On October 5, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Bogdanovreceived Ambassador of the Algerian People's Democratic Republic in Moscow Smail Benamara at his request.

During the conversation, topical issues of further development of strategic partnership relations between Russia and Algeria were discussed, including the implementation of the decisions of the 10th session of the Joint Intergovernmental Russian-Algerian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation held in Algiers on September 26-28.

There was also an interested exchange of views on the current international and regional agenda in the light of the ongoing preparations for the Arab League summit to be held in Algeria on November 1-2.
