About the meeting with the asset of the Sudanese Association of Graduates of Soviet/Russian Universities

At the end of November as part of the established good tradition, the Russian Ambassador to Sudan V.F. Zheltov met with the assets of the country's Association of Graduates of Soviet/Russian universities.

During the communication, which took place in an emphatically informal atmosphere at the embassy "site", Sudanese graduates of different generations warmly recalled the years of study in our country, their teachers and fellow students. In this context, there was interest in maintaining the Russian presence in Sudan, strengthening multifaceted bilateral cooperation, including humanitarian and educational ties. Special interest, as in the course of our previous meetings, was shown to the development of the situation in the Ukrainian direction in the light of Russia's special military operation against the background of the hostile campaign of the collective West.

The conversation that took place confirmed the demanded role of the Alumni Association as a significant public association of Sudanese friends of Russia who have sincere sympathy and respect for our country.
