The fruit of Coratina is medium in size and has a very small pit. Due to this, a lot of pulp is obtained and, accordingly, more olive oil.

The leaf is dark green in color.

Olives begin to bear fruit at an early age and are prized for their particularly fruity oil.

Coratina belongs to the hardy olive varieties.

For this variety, the pollinators will be Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino.
