Business Development Manager (Trading)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of trading to help us expand our ecosystem through strategic partnerships. If you have a strong background in trading, know how to spot high-value collaborations, and can drive complex partnership deals, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identifying and securing strategic partnerships with trading firms, hedge funds, exchanges, and algorithmic trading teams.
Building and maintaining relationships with key players in the trading ecosystem.
Leading negotiations and structuring collaborations that drive mutual value.
Identifying co-branding opportunities and joint ventures with trading technology providers.
Keeping up with market trends to identify new potential partners and innovative opportunities.
Working closely with our tech and product teams to ensure partnerships are executed seamlessly.

What We Expect from You

Proven experience in trading or working with trading firms (market-making, algo trading, prop trading, hedge funds, or crypto trading).
Strong network in the trading and financial sector.
Experience negotiating and closing complex B2B partnerships.
Ability to evaluate technical solutions and understand how they fit into trading infrastructure.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

Bonus Points For

Experience in crypto and DeFi partnerships.
Previous work with quantitative trading teams or liquidity providers.
Understanding of HFT (high-frequency trading) strategies.
Familiarity with APIs, trading infrastructure, and financial software.
