80% / 20%, where 80% of the profit is received by the owner and 20% is taken by hotel for the services of renting. Payments are made annually.
◦ Approximately yearly income from rent annually - 8-10% of the cost of the price (after deducting 20% for the hotel)
◦ The rental contract is for 5 years. Renewal possible every 5 years
