$7.000 and 10.000 subscribers in 3 months from 2 books for one cardiologist
In November, a cardiologist approached me with the goal of increasing the number of targeted blog subscribers.
The KPI was $0.2 per subscriber, but the target audience consisted of medical students and novice doctors.
Previously, the cardiologist himself launched targeted advertising on his posts. But he turned to me to increase the number of new targeted subscribers for the same amount.
With all projects, I work according to the SOSTAC marketing system
SOSTAC is a model for effective planning of marketing strategies based on 6 essential components:
1. Situation analysis - analysis of the current situation
2. Objectives - goals
3. Strategy - strategy, how we are going to achieve the goal
4. Tactics - tactics that we will use to achieve the goal
5. Action - specific actions, tasks and deadlines
6. Control - control, how we will understand that we have reached the goal, by what indicators
Since the target audience was rather non-standard, we needed a qualitative analysis of the cardiologist's blog, active subscribers (engaged and loyal), as well as other media cardiologists.
Our goal is to attract targeted subscribers to the blog and reduce the price per subscriber to 15 rubles
We attracted subscribers by putting the main meanings about the blogger into creatives and issuing lead magnets for a subscription.
The main tool for fulfilling our goal was copywriting. Thanks to him, we weeded out an unnecessary audience when attracting subscribers. Further, by examples of creatives, it will be clear why the non-target audience was immediately eliminated.

Now we calculate the cost of a subscriber. We look at subscriptions in the LiveDune service.
We do not take into account high columns, since these days there were broadcasts, VP and advertising with bloggers. About 30 people a day subscribe to the blogger organically. We take into account only the lower columns, and then we take the arithmetic mean.
The result is 10.441 subscribers. The cost per subscriber is $0.15.
The blogger himself controlled who subscribed to him. All new subscribers were novice doctors and medical students. universities with distinctive features in the blog in the form of a photo in a medical gown, posts about medicine, as well as a profile header in which subscribers wrote that they were doctors / medical students. universities.
In November, I suggested to the blogger that they start converting his manuals and books.
I'll be more brief here. All actions were also performed according to the SOSTAC system. For each of his books, creatives were created that will encourage the user to buy literature by viewing only one picture.
