Bundesliga to start from May 16
There’s a good news for all football fans around the nation, Bundesliga is set to resume from May 16 with both the leagues to start from where they left.
The decision was taken by the DFL after the chancellor of Germany, Angela Markel showed the green light for the matches to begin.
The matches are set to be played behind closed doors with maximum number of 300 people, including the teams, allowed at each game.
There have been 7,569 deaths in Germany so far due to COVID-19 and total number of confirmed cases to are 1,71,879. It will be interesting to see if this decision leads to anything catastrophic or has no impact at all.
Seeing the bundesliga return there have talks in Italy about starting Seria A with the league still held in balance by Juventus on first position and Inter Milan at the second spot.
