Liverpool beat Chelsea to lift Premier League Title

Liverpool finally lifted the premier league trophy after a win over Chelsea at Anfield. They thrashed the blues 5-3. The stadium was without any spectators but it didn’t matter to Jurgen Klopp and the boys.

Frank Lampard’s team is now fourth in the table one point ahead of Leicester and equal with Manchester United, who have a better goal difference.

The battle for the champions league has gone to the last matchday, where Manchester United go to the King Power to face Leicester and Chelsea host Wolves. United could only draw at old Trafford against west ham 1-1 after the FA Cup defeat by Chelsea. A draw would be enough for the reds to qualify for the Champions League. If they lose however then Leicester would qualify.

After a surprise win for Aston Villa against Arsenal, their fight for survival has got new hopes. They are 17th on the table with 34 points and above Watford only on goal difference. Norwich has already been relegated and Bournemouth is most likely out too. The only fight remaining is between Aston and Watford. Watford will travel to Arsenal for the final day whereas Aston will face West Ham.
