Patanjali claims success against the COVID-19 virus

Cases of Covid-19 are increasing day by day. So far the number has crossed the 3 lakh mark and over 8900 people have died all over the country. In last 24 hrs India added 11,929 new cases and 1 lakh in just 10 days. The worst thing is that we don’t know when the vaccine is going to be discovered and how many more people are going to lose their lives during this pandemic.

The global look for Coronavirus vaccine is yet to attain any end. Scientists, governments, and pharma organizations internationally are at diverse levels of improvements of the Coronavirus vaccine. Some of the vaccine candidates have proven promising effects.

In all these sad news there is one positive news from Patanjali CEO Acharya Balkrishna, he claims that treatment of Covid-19 is possible by Ayurveda. During his talk with news agency ANI he told that by taking Patanjali medicine, COVID patient can recover in 5-14 days and the test would also show negative. “After taking our medicine, COVID patients recovered in 5-14 days and then tested negative. So, we can say cure for COVID is possible through Ayurveda. We are performing controlled clinical trials only. In next 4-5 days, evidence and data will be released by us,” Balkrishna was quoted as saying.

A team of scientists were appointed by Patanjali CEO after COVID-19 outbreak to test ayurvedic medicines against COVID-19. “We appointed a team of scientists after COVID-19 outbreak. Firstly, simulation was done and compounds were identified which can fight the virus. Then, we conducted clinical case study on many positive patients and we have got 100 per cent favourable results,” he added.
