Nepali Radio stations play anti India songs

Many residents of Villages in Uttarakhand bordering Nepal woke to anti India Music being played from the radio stations of Nepal.

These songs played on FM channels like Naya Nepal, Kalapani radio etc. These songs were played many times in an hour, in between the news bulletins and other shows. Lyrics of the songs call for return of Indian regions, which Nepal calls its own. Some of the lyrics seems to incite Nepalese against India, even claiming the areas of Sikkim and Darjeeling. Many of the residents who used to listen to these channels for news and other information have stopped listening to them, they said that most of the news were biased against India.
