Check your Xbox 360 DNS configuration

First of all, press Guide button on the controller.
Now, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Network Settings.

Configure Xbox One DNS settings

In DHCP hostname, select do not Set.

In MTU, select Automatic.
For Proxy Server, pick don't Use.
For UPnP, pick Enable.
Now, press the X button to save your preferences.
Finally, choose Test Connection. If the test return's a positive result, try opening Netflix.
